Correct a listing
If something here is wrong about your property, we want to fix it — whether or not you ever pay us a thing.
Email [email protected] with the property name and what is wrong. If you can point at the source that settles it — your own rate sheet, the transfer operator’s timetable, a dated photograph — it will be faster.
What we will change on your word alone
Rates, room and villa counts, board basis, contact details, transfer times, opening and refurbishment dates, and anything factually incorrect about the property’s facilities.
What we will check before changing
Anything in a write-up that reflects our own assessment — the state of a beach, whether a reef is genuinely swimmable, how a transfer actually runs in practice. We will look again, seriously and quickly. If we were wrong we will say so in the listing rather than quietly editing it.
What we will not do
Remove an accurate but unflattering line, remove a competitor, or take a listing down because you would rather not appear. The index is the index.
